Shipping of the order

Our distribution facility is in in the state of Georgia. Getting your order ready for shipping takes normally 2 business days. During peak shopping season, we may need some extra days

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is essential to provide an accurate delivery address. Customers who enter incorrect address details will be responsible for any carrier-imposed fees related to address changes or returned shipments.
If you realize there’s an error in your recent order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@tuccioliveoils.com to request an update. If the order is still being processed in our fulfillment center, we’ll correct the address at no additional cost.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIMES

Once an order ships via UPS or USPS Priority the shipping time will be between 1 and 6 business days, depending the state where you are located.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days of delivery. We will issue a return label, and the refund amount will depend on the condition and quantity of the returned item(s), as detailed below:

Full Refunds: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with all seals unbroken.
Order Errors, Refused Deliveries, or Unclaimed Returns: A $7 restocking fee will be applied to returns received within the 10-day window.
Opened or Used Items: Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining contents and overall condition once the return is received and inspected.
Inactive Returns: If more than 14 days pass after a return label is issued and tracking shows no indication that the item has entered the mailstream, the return will be voided and no refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless you request store credit instead—both options hold equal value.

 


 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email help@tuccioliveoils.com, with a brief description of the issue. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include photos showing the damaged product, interior packaging, and the shipping box with the label clearly visible. Any replacement items will be shipped using the same delivery method selected for your original order.
